me_in_japan wrote:@DL - I'm off a bit at the end of December and start of January. It's about 2 weeks, total, but obviously it incorporates Christmas and oshogatsu. But, if we can work our schedules, it may be possible to find a day that suits. I'm off from 22nd dec to 6th jan. Christmas is out, as is 31st - 2nd jan. jan 5th is winter blitz, but other than that (hmmm) I could make myself available.
I'll be available most of those days too!

Sounds good to me, though depending on my wife's days off I may or may not be available on any given day.

@ MIJ - Sounds like you got your plate full already. Let's play it by ear. What's that board game you bought on Kickstarter like? Looked pretty cool.

Got at least 1 maybe 2 Japanese guys interested for the 9th. So I will probably push ahead with the 9th.

Haven't got the kickstarter board game yet - originally it wasn't due for shipping till November anyway, but due to issues with Chinese printers shipping has now been delayed till December. It's not completely unexpected, though. The thing about kickstarters a lot of people tend to forget is that you're not actually buying a product - you're lending your financial support to allow a product to be made. These things take time, but good things come to those who wait :)

There's a nice wee video of mike McVey opening up one of the new boxes on their site. Looks pretty nifty, I have to say...

Wow. And then Corona happened. Just....crickets, all the way through to 2023...
