PBI (Poor bloody infantry)

My army list is basically
Infantry Company with 3 platoons,
A HMG platoon
A mortar platoon
2 M10 Tank Hunters
3 Shermans
3 Cromwells and a Firefly
Comes in at 1500 points.

No heavy Artillery? Brits have a big advanatge here. I know the guns are expensive but they kick butt by all accounts.
How about Air cover? If you can fnd some 1/100 Typhoons or similar here in Japan they would rock.

This list was the cheapest to build. In the future I will be buying some self propelled guns (priests or such like) and maybe a squadron of typhoons, but for now I'll be sticking with my PBI and armour.

Using Citadel Colours, what shades would people recommend for my infantry and tanks? I can buy Vallejo if I have to, but I already have a lot of Citadel stuff so I would like to use them if possible.

That said exact matches I wouldn't go crazy trying to find exact matches. With a wash and some weathering will anyone even notice? I don't think any of us particularly care either. As long as they are recognizably British (even with big white stars on the tanks).

Well, I now have a long list of paints to try and mix up. Yay.
The other option is to just go out and buy the Vallejo stuff.
