Today I went to immigration and handed in my permanent residence application. Then I came home and took a nap. Oh the joys of having a day off.

Congrats! Now begins...the Long Wait........

Oh, and re:Illic - I have no idea if he'll ever see the table top, tbh. I got him to paint, really. Defo one of the better minis GW have done recently. Not worth buying on his own, but since I was getting other stuff anyway, I figured what the heck.

Today I played a game of Malifaux Vs. Kojibear. I am pleased to announce that the dastardly criminal Mei Feng has been apprehended thanks to a well timed raid by Lady Justice and her Death Marshals.
Painting wise, I got a couple of licks of paint onto a Celtic chariot and painted my Genestealer Brood Lord. Not a significant amount of painting, but I'm happy with it.

Today I played a game of Malifaux Vs. Kojibear. I am pleased to announce that the dastardly criminal Mei Feng has been apprehended thanks to a well timed raid by Lady Justice and her Death Marshals.

They call you Lady Justice, blind of bias and persuasion. Yet, it is ironic that you and your guild of fools and folly remain equally blind to injustice. I'd offer to open your eyes to the truth, but well, I fear that would prove impossible, wouldn't it? Blind you are to justice and blind you are in faith. But there will come a time when they will turn even on their most favoured pet. Seek me out, when the time comes, and we shall remove the collar of ignorance and set you free to hunt, not as a dutiful dog, but as a righteous tiger.

Oh, and the greatest injustice of all is the state of this soiled cell. I hope you won't mind if I find myself some more suitable accommodations.

Today was too damn hot to do much, but I'm almost finished with my adventures in resin. I also watched the first 4 episodes of Miracle Day (Torchwood) this weekend. That show has improved vastly since season 1. Very good stuff so far. I also finished Biohazard 6. Great game, clever story style, big jubbly monsters. Slightly disappointed with Ada's story finish. Felt it shoulda been more epic, but otherwise, a very good game. Defo recommended (and easy enough to play for folks who haven't played Resi 1 through 5, fortunately.)

I also paid for a bunch of Raging Heroines. I feel quite proud of myself for forcing myself to not get one of everything I wanted, and just getting one of everything I really, really wanted

Yesterday i went to JIGG Kansai took Bolt action, Dust Tactics and Relic with me, only got to play Dust tactics and for the rest played a few interesting games and met new people!

Today I finished painting my Celtic chariot, I hope to get it varnished before I go to work this afternoon. I also painted my ship's surgeon for my Cutlass crew.

No painting for me so far today, but I did finish a book about the Samurai invasion of Korea, which was pretty interesting.
