GW lost me even before, i came to Japan, i spent more on 3rd supliers than on GW itself, and since Finecrap came out, i haven't bought a single mini from GW yet. So if anyone has some Space marine leftovers let me know ;)

Took my Dust tactics mechs and copter and sprayed some olive green on them!

Sanibonani - Zulu for 'Hello' to a group!

Today I:

1. Spray painted the base coat on to a lot of Zulu warriors!

2. Spray painted some more of my blue Eldar.

3. Watched a show called 'Gordon Ramsay's UK Kitchen Nightmares. - Wow, chefs say a lot of naughty words :o Made me glad that I gave up my idea to be a chef after only one visit to the chefs' training college when I was 19. :D Still, at least I learnt to cook, just apparently not to swear like a sailor and stay up all night sweating over a hot stove! ;)

I worked on the Swiss and finished gluing them in position. Basing will be next for them. I also primed a couple of models that will serve as Generals and then began work on the first rank of Vistula lancers.

I like that a lot.

Today I packed my suitcase and said goodbye to Yokkaichi for the next two weeks. I'm sitting on a Namba bound train and will be flying to Turkey tonight.

Have. Good trip spevna. Almost time to fly the coop as well. So I tried to get done some stuff before not touching a miniature for a week. Will probably be good to take a week off. Just touched up some crater terrain I bought that was already painted. Got to work on my new color scheme for my tau and it's coming out very nice. Figured out what color scheme to paint my eldar and based a few new additions to my space marines in the way of captains and honor guard. And sweated my balls off when the schools breaker kept going today during classes. Busy day.

@ Koji - Cheers mate, that should save me a little time. Usuthu! (Zulu for Kill!)

Tonight I kept painting red coats on my Brits. Only a couple left to go and then I can start on the skin and equipment. I also cleaned, built and made a base for a Roman shop/stable. Hopefully I can get it painted for the History Hammer event.

Today I was at work all day, but in the evening I prepped the jetbike carapaces for gluing at a later date, and started assembling my cold ones. Yeah. You heard me. I said cold ones. Ridiculous mould lines on em, too. I also diddled around with my vyper-soon-to-be-venom. It's proving very difficult to come up with a decent solution to the passenger bit at the back. In a perfect world I'd just use a DE venom and switch out the carapace for an Eldar one, but as it happens I have 2 spare Vypers and no spare venoms, so I'm left trying to build a passenger deck thingy out of nothing. If anybody has any bright ideas, I'm all ears. Any spare elf chariots would be marvellous useful...[/blind optimism]
