Shogun Total War II is not modern. Rome II is the latest and greatest. Got both and both a good.

Which province management system do they use? Is it the one central city (as in the original rome/shogun/medieval), or is everything spread all over the map (as in empire/napoleon)? I found the latter style much more troublesome compared to the simplicity of the original. I got kind of bored playing Track Down The Farm: Total War and Where Is That Agent: Total War.

I wasn't that enamoured with Rome:TW. I got Shogun 2 cos I figured my knowledge of J history could use some improvement.

And trust me, Shogun 2 is modern. The last game I got for my previous PC was Doom 3, or maybe Dawn of War. It was years ago, anyway. Comparatively speaking, Shogun 2 came out yesterday...

Neither, each province has one major city and one to three minor cities. Each city in the province can be built up seperately but as long as you are in the province, you can recruit from all at once even if you are in the field. If you control all the cities in the province, you can enact a special bonus from a small selection.

Got down the base metal coat on the rest of my chaos marines, including a much-more-pronounced green ink wash to really push the Alpha Legion-ness of the final color scheme. Also got the base blue down on one of them.
Feel free to call me Dave!

Nice to see an army where gay brotherly love is not proscecuted Ashmie

Not much to mention, received some stuff, some kromlech gasmasked heads, kromlech space "warriors" kneeling legs look like SM MK2 armor variant, a kromlech jetbike and the maxmini female jungle fighters.

Seems that Kingdom of the death doesn't like to deal with Japanese retailers as Ring-tail has difficulty ordering stuff from (them/him). I want some of the figures so i sent a mail to KOD asking what the deal is, no answer yet.

Did some work on the jet bike primed it and did some painting on my buddhist squads (but not enoug to show).

Watched RIPD in the eigakan and it was not as bad as expected, i quite enjoyed it.

Today I painted a character for Strange Aeons and launched a competition for the campest mini at the same time. Image
