I'm busy on both those days, my birthday and the rpg event. I hope it goes well and am glad you are getting away from all that crap! It sounds awful, I nearly cried reading this post. Here's hoping the rest of 2014 is as good as 94 and 04 which were both excellent in my memory. Good luck.

Basically this place was a lemon. At first the landlord tried to fix things but when the tub sprung a huge leak with no way of fixing it without major construction (tearing down and rebuilding a wall) he had had enough and after a little hinting from me, happily agreed to have me move into a much cleaner and fresher house with a lower rent to boot! So my address stays the same (I think) but I move two houses down. What a wacky month
