Painted some dirt, and worked on another round of endearingly ugly trees. I might be going overboard with the terrain a bit, but it's so fun!

Finished up my second base of desert buildings, plus some trees.



I'm hoping to have enough terrain to fill out a desert-themed board by September or so - I have enough buildings for three or four more scatter bases like that, plus a bigger centrepiece building and some factories in the mail. If I whip up some desert-colored hills I ought to be good to go for that.

(The buildings are from Gamecraft, by the way, who have a wide range of matboard, acrylic, MDF and resin buildings in all sorts of scales and in all sorts of styles - good stuff.)

Sold a bunch of bitz to Erik got beat at Gorkamorka twice, but had a fun.

No hobby stuff for me today. We had a meeting with a bank to figure out what papers we need and how much interest we will need to pay. After that, dinner at an Italian restaurant in Meieki and finishing off the evening with X-Men: Days of Future Past, which was awesome and the now obligatory after credits teaser was suitably cool.

Today worked on my Black Legion models. Next, I think I will turn to assembling the Defiler I've had now for two years on the sprue and also the Rhino that I should get to priming when I get the chance. Of course, this is despite the fact I have two other projects I should be working on.

Sold a bunch of bitz to Erik got beat at Gorkamorka twice, but had a fun.

Mektown has been looted. I will be spending the next week just sorting through the bitz.
I didn't really beat you, your Fickies did it to themselves! I think you scored like 10 pts of experience from fighting me, and about 30 pts fighting yourself! Strange, strange mob. I think you need about half a dozen Fickies off out of the way. Use them to take the animosity tests, let them beat themselves up, while the rest of the mob does the actual fighting. That and using your Weird boy well is key. You need those special powers, as you get no gubbinz, no bionic bitz and your most dangerous missile weapon is a boomarang. A very tricky mob to field, but I can see it being a real steamroller if it can survive another 3-4 games.
Hmmmm, I have a bunch of feral bitz in the pile now.......
