Hey all. Something's come up where I need to get a physical and have a form signed off in English. Can anyone recommend a doctor in or near Nagoya that can read English? I could translate the form for the doctor, but I don't know how comfortable they'd be on signing off on something they can't read.

There is one in Kanayama.
Go out of Kanayama station as if you were going to the NagoyaHammer hall. Turn left as you go out the exit and you will see Dennys on the left and pachinko on the right. Go across the road, then walk past Lawson. Turn left down the hill. There is a small hospital on the left called Kamida Hospital. There is a doctor there who speaks some English.
