I'm assuming that you backed the kickstarter and as such have a variety of freebie type things. If you just bought the boxed game, then please disregard my mooching

@jr - ooooh, KD monster is quite an intriguing game. Actually, if perchance you have any spare minis* (not humans - monstery types) I'd be possibly interested in trading for them/ maybe even buying. I still have that ltd ed power fist marine sergeant, if you're interested...

KD:Monster, the game that Slaanesh thinks is a bit wierd.
I was tempted to join the KS as there was a lot of stuff in the box, but didn't due to financial reasons.
Today I started painting some bases on a unit of celts and my Infinity force.
@Spevna - Italians eh? Sounds good.

Re: What did you do today.
Today I put the finishing touches on some more minis.
First up, a classic Rhino in Word Bearer colours.

A unit of Celts.

Some Yu Jing operatives for Infinity.

And finally some men of the 67th South Hampshire Regiment of Foot for the 2nd Anglo-Afghan War.

Re: What did you do today.
@prim - a productive day, to be sure.
As for me, I played a new game that I downloaded (steam winter sale. Inevitable, really. I binge on this every year and spend the next 12 months working through em. Still have a bunch of stuff I havent played, but anyhoos...) I got Dying Light, which is verra good and thoroughly recommended at 66% off. It's a zombie game (most stuff I play tends to be...) but rather than kill em (for now) the emphasis is very much on running away. It's all free movement parkour stuff, run, climb, run some more. Nice and fluid. Also, weird stuff happens at night, but I've only experience one night so far. Lots of fun, anyway
Oh, and I changed my netflix region to Canada, because dang those Canadians get way more stuff than the rest of us. (eg. Age of Ultron, Interstellar, Attack the Block, Ex Machina, and a whole bunch of other things.) Also more stuff for kids, btw for those who care.

Re: What did you do today.
I finally pulled the trigger on the Strange Aeons starter set of minis, as well as a decent order from Reaper Mini for zombies and some more agents and such.
So I'll finally have some new minis to use in skirmish games, and I'll be painting again in the new year.

I did like Agent Sonja though. She just needed a Tommy Gun to go with the chainmail.Auxryn wrote:I finally pulled the trigger on the Strange Aeons starter set of minis, as well as a decent order from Reaper Mini for zombies and some more agents and such.

I'd really like to put together some terrain for Strange Aeons. One of these days.
I got in a bit more painting. Finished off another 6-shoota totin' Stuntie. I really need to put some tattoos on them to complete the biker/outlaw theme, but will wait for inspiration.
And finally got around to watching "The Force Awakens". Glad to see then stuck to the formula. God I love the Falcon. That is swoosh.
...and now his Head was full of nothing but Inchantments, Quarrels, Battles, Challenges, Wounds, Complaints, Amours, and abundance of Stuff and Impossibilities.....

Re: What did you do today.
I have some Tommy guns, though they have the military style straight magazine rather than the gangster style drum. If anyone wants a couple, just let me know. It shouldn't be that hard to convert them. (They are a rather more petite historical 28mm rather than heroic 28mm).
Today I spent a day with the in-laws, eating Sauce Tonkatsu, Crab, Cod Nabe and other Fukui dishes. I also started painting the base coats on a Betrayal at Calth set.

Re: What did you do today.
Today I went up to Nagoya for a haircut. I was waiting for a friend who couldn't make it, so while I waited I ended up wandering to Yellow Submarine and ended up walking out with some discount Skiitari. I also managed an hour and a half of work on my Helbrute.
