What did you do today.
Re: What did you do today.
Hello gents,
Been off the grid for a while, but am very much alive and well. Hope everything is going along nicely for you all too.
Looking forward to catch up with you for banter and some gaming in 2016.
Cheers

Re: What did you do today.
I've been trying to follow the maxim of "just get the butt in the chair and paint on some models" for at least a few minutes a day lately, and I've been making OK progress on my PHR models. The rocket tanks' gray base coat is basically done, so I'll get started on the edging of the gray and the white paneling tonight.
Feel free to call me Dave!

Welcome back mate. Let's tee up some X-Wing and see if we can get Koji and MtP to join in.Mikball wrote:Hello gents,

Cool i dabbled in making comic books when i was young and wildKonrad wrote:Did a bit of painting last night. My "what do I do with this extra putty" super-secret Judge Dredd side project actually turned out into something not utterly horrible. Well, it's horrible, but in a fun way. I've got an experimental, high-contrast, primary/secondary color comic book-ish sort of thing going. Not sure if it will turn out, but if it does it will be fun

Finished up the zombies this morning.
It was hard to get a good photo, but I think the later zombies turned out better than the early ones. It was a good exercise to get back into painting this year. I'll be moving on to some humans soon.

Yesterday, I finished highlighting the armour on my Word Bearers. Now I need to go back over them and fix up the mistakes I made during the highlighting process.
Today, I picked up a consignment of Dark Elf Blood Bowl players to paint up.

Eiken STEP test preparation all this week, so a fair amount of stress, extra work and a couple of 11 hour days.
So, no painting or other hobby sadly.
