A Monthly Goals Thread

I managed to finish 10 frostgrave models, as well as 9 treasure tokens for the same. The wotr stuff is still wip on the table. That'll be March's goal decided then.

This thing is every month isn't it?
Ok, so for February I have a Dark Elf Blood Bowl team to paint up. I'd also like to get a few terrain pieces finished off.

February goals:- (when I said March above, I meant February..)
- Finish the two wotr units which are a 12 mini archer unit, 6 mini men at arms unit
- A genie and a ranger for Frostgrave

If I actually manage that, I'll add a bit of Bolt Action or Oldhammer O&G.

Target for feb is the rest of my goblins for Frostgrave. At least 6 minis, more if the rest arrive in time.

Snapped a picture of my Frostgrave gang. They need freshening up as they seem a little dark and dingy, but generally I'm happy with them.

Here's my February goal, again just in time:



(I'm really never super excited about the way the flags turn out, but it's, as you might imagine, tricky at this scale. I probably ought to at least touch up the white edges on them.)

And here's my March goal - a bit ambitious, but the goal-setting does seem to be keeping me honest.



In the front, for my Napoleonics, that's 3 cannons and a general and 2 bases of ranked-up rifles, and in the back, for Bolt Action, a grenadier squad, an officer, a sniper team, and an MG team. We'll see if I can pull it off!

Ok I'll bite. My short term painting goal for this month is to complete a unit of New Model Army ECW and some night goblin fanatics.
Short term goals might be a good way of getting back to the bench.

For the time being, I'm setting myself the goal of getting my terrain for NagoyaHammer finished off. I also hope to get a unit of 18 Zulus done.

Feb goals: not met (managed 5 outta 6. Not bad, for me)
March goals: finish Frostgrave gang (another 3 or 4 minis. Should probly paint a zombie for summoning purposes.) and also get started on my Naghammer armies. I've given up on my SSP, due to lack of interest (from me) and its annoying time-eating tendency. New plan for Naghammer: paint eldar. Many, many flavours of eldar...
