@Komura san - A Ranger Platoon was:
Platoon HQ (1 Officer, 3 men)

Two Assault Sections (11 men each)

Weapons Section (6 men)
Each Assault Section had 1 LMG as standard, (the Warlord box doesn't have any LMGs, so you will need to buy them separately if you want them). Some sections replaced their LMG with a BAR as it was lighter and easier to use.
The Weapons Section had a light mortar. (Again, this is not in the plastic kit)
The HQ Section usually had SMGs and they had 1 Sniper Rifle and 1 Bazooka available.
Ranger battalions also contained a medium mortar unit to provide extra fire support.

Warlord's Ranger set comes with all the usual rifles, pistols, SMGs, sniper rifles, bazookas, shotguns (only for the US marines in the pacific) and has a flamethrower and a couple of pieces of engineering equipment.

I would suggest:
2 Ranger boxes
1 Mortar set (light or medium)
2 LMG sets

That should give you:
1 Lt. and assistant.
1 Sniper team.
2 Bazooka teams.
1 Flamethrower team.
2 Ranger squads with LMGs
1 Mortar team.
1 Engineering squad (7-8 men I think)
1 Ranger squad with a BAR. (10-11 men)
I think that works out to be fairly close to 1000 points of veteran infantry.

For SS players, 12SS Hitlerjugend sent recce units almost as far as the British and Canadian beaches on D-Day. However clashes between them and the Brits/Canadians didn't start in earnest until D+1.
Michael Wittman and his famous Tigers arrived a few days later too.
Anyone, wanting to represent veteran Heer troops, could base themselves on Panzer Lehr which was rushed to the front soon after the Germans woke up to the fact that the invasion was 'real'.
I think we can probably allow some SS Recce troops onto the table late in the game. Panzer Lehr will be a late arrival too as nobody wanted to wake up Adolf to ask for permission to commit the reserves. (Guess he wasn't a morning person).

Great!

I'm going to keep the first post updated with details of who is planning to bring/play which forces.

@Prim
Thank you for Ranger information. I'll respect your advice.

I've told this October event to Japanese player via other board.

The Rangers have a lot of options for equipment in the US book. If you want to use BARs instead of LMGs, or give them extra SMGs, feel free to do so. It is your army after all.

Thank you for sharing the information. Please let them know that they can borrow some models if they want to, I have a lot. A little experience with the rules is helpful.

I was planning to buy some myself, so you don't have to. I'm planning to build a Beach table, but I won't be bringing it to normal events. So if you buy a boat, you will need some way to use it.

@All
In the this event scenario, how will we treat French resistances?
Could we include this in allied army? Let me know.

That is a good question.
I think it should be ok to have a few squads of locals running around causing trouble for the Germans, though obviously the focus should be on the beaches.
The Armies of France book has a Partisan list in it. I think the Resistance selector is suggested for the French Maquis, (the Liberation list is more for the Eastern Front), so use that as a starting point if you fancy getting a few freedom fighters.
