Well then, being naked in a freezing winterland, we can expect not only ears and daggers to be pointy. :D ;)

Not much happening on the hobby front here either. I spent the last couple of days reorganising my hobby room, as the various projects were starting to mingle and spawn hybrid side projects. :D
Last night I started photographing, weighing and wrapping some minis up to with the goal of selling them on eBay once I get back from the UK.

Finally got one of the Mutie Diskie Thingies I've been working on painted. So this is what progress feels like!
A few more pics of it in my Gallery. Managed to get some clothes on a Diggachick too. Not too many. Unlike Frostgrave, it's hot on Gorkamorka. Less is more.

@ Konrad: Awesome! You a lord of welding plasteel sheets and plasticard sheets into fantastic contraptions. A truly proper way to ride into plastic model Valhhalla!

As for me, I did glue a few things together for my Mechanicus Onager. Then my eyes rolled back from the need to sleep or from too much plastic cement.

Last night I watched The Hobbit on terrestrial television. Something I haven't done for years. Next week will be the network premiere of the Desolation of Smaug.
No Netflix.

In fact last night they had The Hobbit, Pirates of Caribbean, Good Morning Vietnam and Aliens all running at the same time on different channels. Talk about old school viewing.
Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.

I've had a stressful couple of weeks in which nothing hobby related has been embarked upon (work has been very busy this term and fatherhood more of a handful recently). Had to visit the doctors with some chest and back discomfort, but it seems to be a strain from picking Louis up rather than anything serious. Some stress likely factoring in that too, said the quack. Think I need a holiday...
Did manage to squeeze in some Xcom2 in the odd half hour I can snatch, so I've now completed the game twice. Had quite enough of it for the present, terrific as it is.

Last night went to the Belgian Beer Festival with a coworker and drank a couple of big stein of beers. They were good, and we ended up chatting in the park with our glasses for some time. I arrived well past the last bus from my station and ended up walking home for an hour. Still, upon reaching the house, I had energy enough to glue some parts together for the onager's cockpit.

Watched Independence day regurgitate (or something like that) yesterday, Graphics were great, over the top action, chest pumping patriotism, and the story made no frikking sense, i was constantly going; "huh", "why" "really"?

Ah, beer....forgot the Festival was on. I may have to engineer an escape.
