Today I got a bunch of stuff finished off.
I completed my Saga Warband.
2 Units of Warriors


And a unit of Levies with slings

And here they are along with the previous Hearthguard and Leader


Plus I finished off some minis for Malifaux
I completed Snowstorm, the Silent One and the December Acolyte. All of these models have been half done for a couple of years now. I also repainted Rasputina to match the rest of the crew a little more and painted up the Blessed of December.

First Battle of the Year played a BFG battle with a member from te DakkaDakka forum who was visiting Japan, a 500 point Chaos versus Space fleet imperials.
Didn't expect him to have a carrier so that bit me in the behind, but still a fun battle

Today I assembled mdf terrain from a company called Knights of Dice. It's nice terrain, but a pain to assemble as the parts have to be put together very tightly or the next part won't fit.

After NH my hobby interest kind of went down the drain and barely touche a paint. But this is going to change. I've decided that if I just tackle easy stuff at table top quality and don't bother over much with the results I might manage to win my war againts the big pile of miniatures and sap a bit before Warpath KS gets here. It also has the advantage that I might game more using Firefight rules in the 20/50 miniature range rather than the latest incarnation of 40K with the 150+ figures for a simple game.
So here they are, my 1st painted enforcers.

These are from the old Deadzone restic run and let me tell you that it shows. The detail on that sniper is really soft. But it's for playing Firefight around Kobe

And finally, got a Digga done and painted. Lots wrong with the sculpt and paint job. Face is odd. Hair got a bit gloopy. One arm got a bit long as I could not somehow get it pinned in like I planned. Boobs did not squoosh quite right. But a lot did go right. It was a really difficult pose. I managed to do it in two parts, which was the goal. The armor plates on the boots turned out pretty good. General proportions and smoothness better than the last one. Job's a good 'un.

Got to enjoy this painting trip for as long as it last. I got some Enforcers but need stuff to shoot. So what would be better than some zombies? Scratch built by mixing some GW zombie parts with bits of my IG.



I even got the bases done! Need to do some blood splatters on the lot.
