@TOD..... ... A buddy of mine did the same thing once. Difference was his wife painted the figures (Kathleen could paint with the best of you lot) and he hit a whole unit of Wolfguard. Guess she did not talk to him for a week.
I did a bit of touch up painting and cut the head off a Diggachick for the 2nd time to fix her neck. All their necks are too long, but this one was waaaay to long.
...and now his Head was full of nothing but Inchantments, Quarrels, Battles, Challenges, Wounds, Complaints, Amours, and abundance of Stuff and Impossibilities.....

I haven't done an awful lot over the last couple of days, but I did attach some painted minis to their final bases and put a brown wash over some terrain.

Played my first game of 8th today, and probably my first semi-serious game of 40K since... 4th edition? And it was fun! Helps that jus is a cool dude, of course. I made some blunders and ended up losing, but I was in the game until the death guard terminator lord wiped out my own terminator squad. I was pleasantly surprised to find that power level 50 / 1000 points gave a really fun game, along with being the "supported platoon" level that (I feel) works pretty well for 28mm minis on a 6x4 table.

40K is fun, would play again, will try to exercise willpower enough to not buy anything new until I paint the primaris stuff I'm getting from MiJ next month. :D

Note for Jus - the Blight Launcher on the dude from the First Strike box is 24" range, Assault 2, S 6, Sv -2, D3 wounds, and you can reroll 1's to damage. Scary stuff.

I switched to imgur - it works fine.

Oops, bases! I just never think about 'em. I'll bring them next month along with those bits you wanted.

You need to ensmallen your pictures a bit! There should be an option to resize in the editing functions.

@Jus - I don't use the Imgur App, I use their full website. When you open an image in your gallery, it should include a list of URLs and IMG links on the right side of the picture. Just copy and paste the link made for bulletin boards and forums and it should auto-resize.

Yesterday I had a day off work. I had planned to do a load of hobby stuff, painting, transfers, basing, all that stuff. Instead due to a combination of having a cold, being hungover and feeling like I could never eat food again (note to self, you're getting older and your stomach can no longer handle large amounts of fried chicken washed down with beer), I did absolutely nothing. :(
But on the other hand, my Reaper Bones 3 pledge arrived and it is awesome!

hmm ok thanks for the tips, but Its not a great choice for me, because I take pictures with my phone. I don&t want to have to get to a computer to fiddle with the setting.
