Heh thank you kindly. At the current rate of production, i can get one big marine done per day. I should be able to have them done by next joshin( which is not at joshin, but we still call it that). Also..

After stupidly and irreversible ruining the air valve of my airbrush with a G clamp( never do that! NEVER!). I have to wait for my replacement part to come in from the UK. And won't be able to work on big G until it comes. Sad.

Edit: i think I'll settle for imageshack. They are the most mobike friendly alternative to photibucket. Imo

@Jus - You could always use a regular brush for the big man. Give it the more personal touch. :D

@Jus:
"Not very impressive" - anonymous painting legend
Not bad for a giant smurf :D
I'm working on something that could see him off IMHO
By the way, why do you need airbrush bits from the U.K.? This is Japan, airbrush Heaven!

Well, see here my ancient Chinese technique for painting gold needs an airbrush. It is very ancient.you shouldn't rush art, so i guess I'll work on the primaris while i wait for my....

Harder and Steinbeck evolution air valve, made in Germany. Japanese retailers would probably have to order from the UK for it anyway.

Alright pumpkin, if it's nothing short of Magnus the red it won't be

I took a couple days break from my Scythes to paint up a different dude:

On another forum I follow, they had a "random chapter challenge," in which everybody gets a random chapter name here, two random numbers between 1 and 27 for a citadel base color they must use and one they cannot use, and go to town. Since I have this extra dude who I won't need for my Scythes, I threw in my hat (I got the Snarling Guardians, Ceramite White and Macragge Blue, all of which are sort of neither particularly cool nor strange enough to be really challenging, but oh well). I decided the Snarling Guardians were an Ultima founding chapter using Space Wolves geneseed, and the color scheme sort of fell out from there. A fun little exercise! Now it's back to the Scythes, and when my Reiver squad is done I'll get to painting a couple hab pods.

@Jus: what's so special about the valve? It doesn't look much different from the moisture/crud trap/pressure regulator that I use at the business end of my air hose. I use it mainly for the moisture but you can also adjust the spray pressure without having to adjust it at the compressor.

Oh, ok maybe i didn't need to order harder and Steinbeck, and a Japanese assembly would have worked. Oh well, too late i guess, they've already shipped it.

Yeah, that's the nice (?) thing about the easy-fits coming in 3's, when in game you need them in 5's...
