@ Primarch: I’ll get my force ready. 43 models, but I should have the time and this time the winds are in the hobby sails. As for morning or afternoon, let me see when Karantu’s crew wants to play 40k/Apocalypse.

@ Karantu: OK, I’ll go prod the Machine Spirit out of its hibernation.

I can play in February.

@Karantu - I would love the chance to play apocalypse in the morning! Count me in!

I'll also be looing for an afternoon game of regular 40k.

@The Other Dave

Great, let's shoot for Warcry/Underworlds demos in the morning then!

I think the schedule is looking like this so far:

Morning

Apocalypse - Karantu, Auxryn, Job

Grant, TOD - Warcry/Underworlds

Jye: Looking for a skirmish game

Afternoon:

Job, Primarch - something historical

Karantu,Jye - 40K
Auxryn - looking for 40K

Jye, do you want to play Kill Team or something in the morning?

Auxryn, do you want to play 40K in the afternoon? 1300 points?

Since I haven't been playing 40k much lately I'm probably going to focus on 40k till Nagoyahammer.
Other than practice for Nagoyahammer I'd also like to organise a "small" game of Apocalypse.
I have all the components required so all you need is to bring your 40k minis. The datasheets are available here. List building is similar to 40k, just follow the guidelines on the datasheets (or use Battlescribe) .
So far I'm thinking of something along these lines.
  • 2 teams of 2-3 players each
  • 100PL (2000 points) per player
  • 4 by 6 table
  • nothing too crazy from Forgeworld
At that scale it shouldn't take much longer than a normal team game of 40k. So I'm going to put this into my morning slot and I'd also like to play a regular game of 40k, maybe even a team game if there's time, in the afternoon.

If you have questions such as about building a list for apocalypse feel free to ask.
Like I said to you on the day, count me in for apocalypse.

Should there be anytime after I could try a skirmish game or something. If anyone wants a go with an idea for Nagoya hammer and needs to learn their army I'd also be up for helping you guys practice.

Absolutely - they're both 30-45-minute games, so with breakdown and setup we should be able to get a game of each in a couple hours.

(If anyone else is interested, I could absolutely GM either or both games between two new players too.)
I'd like to get in on that. I'm hoping to try out both next time.

I'm free in the morning, though my carrying space will be limited.
I can bring along Battletech or Malifaux if anyone is interested?

@Job - Yes. I'll try to leave some space in the bag.

@Underdweller- I would love to play 40k with you in the afternoon! 1300 points should be fine.
