Some say that Contrast isn't great for large flat surfaces, I say blotchy pooled paint and giant fingerprints are a proud traditional Imperium camo pattern.

I've seen people dial back pooling like that by going over the flat bits with a heavy-ish drybrush of the contrast paint plus regular white acrylic paint.

That might be a good remedial project in the future. I've just primed a bunch of Munitorum Armoured Containers that will end up looking pretty similar, they might make for good practice.

Heh. I'm still too humble to say "Hide, set me up to teach Contrast Sorcery" from out of the blue, but I do plan on mentioning it next time I'm in the shop.

What I did today: came very, very close to finishing a second Impulsor, only to run out of Leadbelcher at the last moment

I'll be able to fix that tomorrow in Nagoya and hopefully thus finish *two* more Impulsors together on Friday, but I was in Plamojuku *today* and could have prevented the problem if I'd paid attention

There's all three easy-build plague marines to start the expansion of my Dusk Raiders. The SMH3 Plaguecaster will be next, just in time to get Entirely Too Many More plague marines on Sunday from Prim.

Though given their War of the Spider buffs I think I'm about to reap some serious karma from playing codex marines
