@Yellowstreak - Looking forward to it!
And a few minis I painted in January.
Some VIth Legion, Vlka Fenryka for 30K. (Sadly my 30K basing doesn't go well with their armour, need to clean up the Dread's shoulder as well)

A Genestealer.

Some worm creatures for This Is Not A Test.

2 Mechs for Battletech.

And some Zulus for Black Powder.

Re: What did you do today.
Great work Prim, and of course I especially love to see more Wolves painted up.
My output was less dramatic in model count but probably pretty close in points, as I knocked over most of a Custodes combat patrol:

Well, not quite, but between the things I already had for Kill Team and a couple of subsequent orders I found I overshot Incursion very quickly and should be able to field a Strike Force comfortably. Also paint and transport it comfortably, it's not going to be many models.

Re: What did you do today.
Custodes! Hopefully they're not quite as terrifying in 40K as they are in Kill Team.
Speaking of, I finished up my little Guard team, rejiggered a little bit (with the help of wahapedia) to be Veteran Guardsmen-compliant. A quick little all-contrast-but-the-chipping jobbo. The dark brown is not as smooth as it could be in places, but taken along with the chipping I reckon it looks faded and weatherworn rather than "Contrast Blobby".

Confidant, Sergeant, Comms, Plasma, Trooper

Trooper, Trooper, Sniper, Spotter, Trooper

Flamer, Medic, Grenade Launcher, Captain Not-appearing-in-this-kill-team, Meltagun
Lesson from these guys: It turns out you can pretty freely mix any shade of brown or brown-adjacent Contrast with a fleshtone of your choice in a ratio of your choice and get a nice wide variety of skintones really easily.
Having faced Mattb's Veteran Guard on the table, I'm pretty excited to get these chumps out there. Just the fact that they outnumber my Nurgle team by three to one makes me feel all wiggly inside.

Richard Siegler can beat them! So they're fair and balanced.
Edit: incredible looking Guard team. I had my doubts about VG on the tabletop too, but I think they were misplaced, they look tough to drive but all those little abilities add up.
Re: What did you do today.
@Jye The Custodes looks cool, but to be honest that background looks so good it's upstaging the model, haha.
@Dave The faces on your guard came out great! Really expressive.
Work continues on my ravens.
I was somehow expecting marines to be easier to paint than my guard models - they have all those flat armored surfaces - but there's actually a lot of small details. Purity seals, skulls, decals, etc.
Not sure if I'm brave enough to do lettering on those storm shields, or what to write if I do. Maybe ULTRA, WOLVES, etc, to show where we got the shields from.

Quick and dirty 16 PL - would have been 17 if not for the inexplicable cut on Mr Valoris there

Re: What did you do today.
Finished up the first titan of what is currently planned* to be a small Legio Mordaxis force:

Mordaxis has fallen to Nurgle, and is basically the Titanicus analogue to the Death Guard: slow, durable, leaning heavily into letting all the daemonic entities into their war engines. Chipping and rust over purple is difficult, but I have some ideas on how to refine the technique.
*Famous last words.

Nice work, reat colours and I like the name plate.
