That's a funky base - is it official or did you kitbash it?

I'm still unmotivated to paint because Epic isn't out yet, I'm not going to be playing with any of the new Underworlds warbands any time soon, and I don't need anything for my Death Guard army, so I've been splitting my time (unevenly) between PS5 time-wasting and puttering about with deckbuilding and box organization for Underworlds.

It's official, part of the old 40k Hero Base set. The bit where I feel a real Wolf Lord requires a hero rock on a hero rock is my own damage though (did the same with Ragnar/Sangrior back on release)

I'm personally not painting that much either, focusing on priming to take advantage of the weather. Some terminators coming along though that will hopefully get posted in the next week, some more rando Marines, and then the great Tyranid horde can begin.

@mattb- Like those Sentinels. Any sci-fi contraption with long-gawky legs is fun in my book. Is the canopy on/off a standard option, or did you have to do some kit-bashing to make it all fit?

I have done jack-all figure wise since last summer....but that changes! I got a painting commission from an old buddy (been sort of a tradition this last decade(s) or so) He sent a batch of giant bats, rats, wolves, intrepid monster hunters, ghosts, a Grendel and most terrifying of all....French sailors! Just in time for Halloween.

Yeah, I was kind of stuck for what to do to represent the flail of a Deathwing Knight sergeant, they're pretty big and kind of ridiculous. But I'd bought one last Space Wolf Vendread kit for parts a while back, and it had pretty big and kind of ridiculous well covered
