Itakura got a copy of this and it looks awesome! Kit-scratch-bash-build a 40mm robot/mutant/battlesuit of some sort and beat the crap out of a rival. Did this "Bill Making Stuff" guy like, read my mind? There is a hilarious random robot theme generator for inspiration and to get you started.

2. Next July Nagoya gameday bring a bot. No 3-d sculpts, no dreadnoughts or stand-ins from another game.
Cobble it together out of bits and junk and we have like a single elimination tournament.

Here is a link to "Bill Making Stuff"'s Youtube channel. There is a playthrough video and some bot building videos. This guy is nuts. He does not use bits even remotely from a miniatures game kit. Mostly beads and bits of packing material and craft foam.

cubey bot with a hole in its head, all dressed up, with warmachine arms (not sure what that means), claws for hands, and wheels for legs.

And for the optional faction I got The Meaty Ones, which are about what you'd expect.

Also, who was it that just told me to throw out all my styrofoam? Good thing I didn't listen

Grant! They are 40mm! You won't need all that styrofoam!

I didn't even think about randomizing the faction. I just chose Meaty One. Seemed a good fit for those creepy/double jointed hands and arms.
