Yes, the GW one. Not least of all because when GW update their FAQs the INAT removes the duplicate info from their next edition.

Greetings,

A few points....How many players are you expecting for the 1500pt. tourney? It seems like the champion will be decided on the first day, so that seems like just a dozen or so players, right? What happens if a painted model with prefered enemy written in its rules hits an unpainted model (re-roll to wound/penetrate armor)? I`d like to get my one complaint in for the decision not to go with a team-tourney (two-players, 1000 points each, 2000 point battles) - it could`ve been both competitive and fun (ala beer and pretzels). And (after reading through the parts written by Colonel Voss) what could you possibly have that would necessitate 2000 point battles instead of 1500 point battles? Do you want to field Scabiethrax in a tournament?!? Well, whatever it is - just keep painting it (it will have it`s day someday)...but adapt you army with more conventional models for 1500 points. There`s still 5 months to go - plenty of painting time!

@Yarrick - it looks like we will not be teammates after all. So prepare yourself for an official tournament rematch of our 2009 WWW-battle! (If I can stop playing WarMachine/Hordes/Monsterpocalypse long enough to take out one of my 40K armies)

So far we have 6, but I am sure that number will increase. Actually, a couple of people who said they didnt care about tourneys in the poll have joined so far.

Your opponent cant whinge about unfair tournament rules in that case.

I thought about it, but since I couldnt be sure who would join, it would have been more difficult to organise. Sorry.

@Primarch, Thanks for considering the team tournament format. And thank you for organizing everything again this year. I`m officially signed-up, right?! (if not, sign me up)

@Yarrick, oh yeah? Just wait till you see my Librarian`s Feat! :D

@Primarch, you may want to start a new thread just for trash-talking.

Game 7 on day 2 will be a 1500 point game as standard, but if anyone wants to play up to 2000 points then they can do. Voss and I already have a game planned, so if you want an excuse to break out the big guns, then this is your chance. Opponent's will be paired off based on how many points they wish to play.
