So are you going to post some of those Tau you have been painting up in here? For a log its looking a lot like wishlisting. Lets see those new Karmans before and after the paint job.

if Only I could take photos.. I will get on it but I am scared too... I get such a stomping for every thing I post... I am not sure it will be worth it...

That happens regardless of whether there are photos or not. :lol: :lol: :lol:
Just play around with different settings until you get something good. I'm not using anything special, just an average digital camera. No tripods or light boxes or anything fancy.

Apparently it's possible to do some pretty good iPhone macrophotography with an inexpensive jeweler's loupe. Instructions here.

The base needs some more colour or something on it as it is too similar to the minis at the moment.

Hey, that worked pretty good!

I agree with Spevna about the bases. It looks like you're doing the same thing I did with some stealth suits I painted a while back - made the optical camo match the base colors exactly. It's a good idea on paper, since that's what the camouflage is all about, but at the end of the day you really need to make the models pop from the bases a bit.
