I knew it! There is perhaps a very slight passing resemblance, but Radukar the wolf is by no means an Ogor. The stocky, barrel-shaped endomorph body type aethestic and overtly mongoloid features that GW has taken great strides to nail down for Ogors is clearly not present in the design of the vampire lord.
I know a lot people were really excited about the idea of an Ogre vampire. But sorry, I'm afraid I have to say that that would have been the lamest thing ever.
Imagine if the final boss of Warhammer quest was this guy. Would be just a little underwhelming. Sorry guy, he's charming in his own right, but not really vampire material. I mean, look it's the Ogor vampire's turn - roll a d6. On a 1 he fails his stupidity test and can not act..

Sure doesn't sound anything like an Ogor. But kind of makes more sense thematically. Radukar the Wolf still possesses the ruthlessness, cunning, presence and fightiness of the traditional vampire lord but, GW seems to have pushed the boundaries a bit with Russian Cossack look.'In life I would have cut down all of you in the span of a single breath, and picked my teeth clean with your bones. Can you imagine what I will do to you now?'
- Radukar the Wolf, Master of Ulfenkarn .
